This is how Golden Brasil Coffee was born, a reality that has been able to conquer the taste of the public by serving directly in Lazio over 1.200 commercial establishments including bars and restaurants, distributors in 8 Italian regions, 22 distributors worldwide, 25 private label companies (of which it keeps the recipes). “Our growth has been exponential in the HO.RE.CA. market – says Alessia Alunni, the owner, without whose vision nothing would have begun”.
“In the beginning there were only 4 people, today we have 13 employees flanked by 10 external collaborators with offices, structured and dynamic technical assistance and logistics services”.
It all began when Alessia Alunni, coming from a family with 30 years of activity in the world of coffee, decides to acquire the historic Milanese brand “Golden Brasil Coffee”. “We roast a special, quality coffee with craftsmanship according to the noblest tradition of Italian espresso, a work philosophy that has allowed us to live up to the achievements and continually aim for growth.
In 2018 we received the seal as “Growth champion” from the German Institute for Quality and Finance. We have received several category awards, continues Alunni, which recalls the 7 gold medals won at international competitions for “Italian espresso” and that have allowed us to be recognized as ITALIAN EXCELLENCE 2020. A passion that turns into innovation, with staff dedicated to research and development as evidenced by the recognition of the Lazio Region as members of the Community of Innovators who will see us, by the end of the year, presenting a “coffee for the walk” that we will call Espresso Express.

The next challenge will be to enter and conquer the difficult American market, “for the USA we are preparing – Alessia Alunni underlines – and we already have the authorizations with the FDA. We plan to reach the Americans with our coffee in the second quarter of 2021. One of the winning keys will be the assistance with staff training with our trainer, Fabio Menichelli, authorized SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) to guide customers to the preparation in the cup of real Italian espresso, a service of which we are proud and with great results all over the world ”.
The company organization has allowed us to obtain the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Certification as well as the certification for the production of ORGANIC coffee, paying great attention and sensitivity to sustainable and socially responsible crops.
