The “latte art grading system” is a system of qualification of the technical and creative ability of the barista’s latte art competence (or anyone working in a coffee shop). The system is based on 5 levels called “grading” each one of a different color as indicated by the grading system logo: white, orange, green, red and black. Each grading corresponds to the specific skills that the barista must have acquired and be able to show during the grading exam.
The courses of “latte art grading” are structured on 4 levels:
– Introduction to the Latte Art Grading System
– Basic grading course (for white and orange grading)
– Intermediate grading course (for green and red grading)
– Black grading or advanced course (exclusive for black grading).
WHAT DO I GET WITH GRADING?
With the “latte art grading system”, you get a qualification called “Latte art grading certificate” that varies according to the grading obtained. The certificate issued will show the level of grading obtained the date of certification, the location and signature of the examiner and the general coordinator of the “grading system”. Your name and surname will be shown on the list of the milk art grading, on a page of the site of the system visible on the web. In addition, a matching milk jug bearing the word “latte art grading system” will be issued as a symbol of recognition of the supported grading.
